Flu Fighting Ginger Shots

Waking up in darkness is one of my least favorite things about winter. After starting taking ginger shots in the morning I have discovered an easy way to boost energy. If you have been unlycky enough to get ill already, these are also very soothing for a sore troat and will unblock your nose – trust me!

Ingredients

  • 5 apples
  • 500g fresh ginger

Method

  1. Juice the ginger first, followed by the apples
  2. Have a shot every morning to boost your immune system!
